AlfredTime Trial String Orchestra Grade 2 Set

Time Trial is a Grade 2 string-orchestra rondo built around frequent meter changes without introducing complex rhythms, fingerings, or bowings. It remains in D major while moving among 4/4, 3/4, and 2/4, giving players repeated practice keeping time through each shift. The seven-part rondo returns to material often enough to reinforce those changes. More advanced students can take it to the fastest possible tempo as an accuracy test.
